While Florida lacks the established tech sectors of peers like Minnesota, California and Texas, the state’s government is taking measures to make Florida a future leader in the field. A growing number of schools have launched programs awarding cyber security degrees, and five of these are recognized by the NSA as “National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cyber Security”.
